We offer a personal delivery service which is customizable around time scales that suit you best.  

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to The United Kingdom only.

5. Delivery Time

The delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

6. Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging our teak root furniture to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging so that we can assist you promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with JW Imports. We hope you love your teak root furniture as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our returns policy below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at contact@jwimports.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-6 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
